Summary: I spent an unforgettable weekend with 7 friends to celebrate my birthday. We had a wonderful time (in spite of the slightly rainy weather) because the house was so absolutely perfect! First, the house is incredible both outside and in - beautifully designed interior, exactly as shown in the pictures. It has lots of different areas where people can congregate, either all together or in smaller groups. And lots of space, every little detail really thought through (baskets on shelves for toiletries in the bathroom, everything you could wish for in the kitchen, safe in the main room - the list is endless). And the location - a few steps away from the beach, near to bars and restaurants (and - most important in France - a superb boulangerie/patisserie). Marie the housekeeper was charming and helpful and her brother Michael who cooked for us was equally great. Frederique (the owner) was also incredibly helpful, with lots of good tips on things to do. Altogether a fantastic place to stay which I would highly recommend. Can't wait to have a good reason to go back there!
